Board Structure
The board of directors performs it responsibilities in accordance with relative laws and regulations, the company's articles of association and the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting. We currently have 7 directors with a term of three years. The election of directors carry out by first nominate the candidates, then elect by the shareholders.
